Frequently Asked Questions

  • Psilocybin facilitation is a guided, intentional experience designed to support emotional insight, personal growth, and meaningful inner exploration.

As a facilitator, my role is not to direct your experience, but to provide a safe, grounded, and supportive presence while you navigate your journey.

  • Private facilitation offers a level of emotional safety, discretion, and personalized care that group settings often cannot provide. In a one-on-one container, every aspect of the experience is thoughtfully attuned to you — your history, your intentions, your pace, and what your nervous system needs to feel supported.

Without the presence or energy of others, many women find it easier to soften, open, and explore what is ready to be seen.

    This is deeply personal work.
Private facilitation honors that by creating a space where you can be fully met — with presence, respect, and unwavering attention.

  • This work is often supportive for women navigating significant life transitions — such as identity shifts, grief, relationship changes, menopause, or a deep desire for personal evolution.

Many clients have already engaged in some form of inner work and feel ready to explore their healing from a deeper vantage point.

  • All potential clients complete a confidential inquiry and screening process before working together.

This ensures the experience is supportive, appropriate, and aligned for your emotional and psychological well-being.

Not everyone is a fit for this work — and honoring that is part of practicing ethical care.

  • Your safety — emotional, psychological, and physical — is the highest priority.

Each experience includes thorough preparation, thoughtful screening, and post-journey integration support. This work is approached with trauma-informed care, ethical boundaries, and deep respect for your autonomy.

  • No. Psilocybin facilitation is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

Many clients find this work complements ongoing therapeutic support beautifully.

  • I hold a steady, attentive presence while allowing your experience to unfold naturally.

This is a non-directive approach — meaning you are never pushed or guided toward a specific outcome. Instead, you are supported in accessing your own innate healing intelligence.

  • Macro-dose journeys are held in the privacy and comfort of your home, allowing you to remain in a familiar and secure environment.

  • The full container includes:

    • Preparation session

    • Approximately 6-hour guided journey

You can expect the experience to span about 10 hours in total.

  • While many women experience profound insight and emotional release, this work is not about quick transformation.

Meaningful change is cultivated through preparation, willingness, and integration afterward.

You remain the most important agent in your healing.

  • Integration is the process of weaving the insights from your journey into your daily life.

Without integration, even powerful experiences can fade. With it, insight becomes embodied change.

  • No. Many clients are new to this work.

What matters most is readiness, openness, and a sincere desire for self-exploration.

  • Yes. Certain mental health conditions, medications, or life circumstances may require additional conversation — or indicate that this work is not currently appropriate.

Screening exists to support your well-being above all else.

  • Absolutely. Confidentiality is held with the utmost care and respect.

  • All clients begin with an inquiry and screening process before scheduling.

This ensures we enter the work responsibly and in alignment.
